Our Refund Policy
Registration fees are payable in full to confirm a spot in the program. No refunds or credits will be given or offered for missed classes or sessions regardless the circumstances as spaces are limited.
Code of Conduct
Crafty Creations is committed to providing a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all parents, students and staff. Any student that violates the Code of Conduct may be subject to immediate dismissal from the program without warning, and will not receive a refund for the program. These terms include, but are not limited to:
-Displays of aggressive or rude behaviour.
-Use of abusive or aggressive language.
-Displays of offensive, racist, sexist, or abusive language or actions.
-Any harassment, bullying, or verbal abuse of any kind.
-Any physical abuse of any kind.
Photography Policy
Patrons wishing to use cameras, video cameras or other photographic devices to take pictures during Crafty Creations programs must have permission from staff before filming.
Photography and Media Consent
By participating in Craft Creations programs, you consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and marketing materials. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing prior to your child's participation.
Pick Up Policy
Please email us as: craftycreationsarts@gmail.com to arrange locations to pick-up your orders. Pick-up locations will either be in the North York area or at one of our school locations during our programs (at a mutually agreed upon time).
